All orders shipped to Pennsylvania will be charged 6% PA sales tax.

Unopened items may be returned within 15 days of purchase date for a refund excluding original and return shipping fees. Please e-mail us for a required approval at mail@lovemyqkutz.com before shipping returns.

If we made an error in packing your order, please contact us ASAP at mail@lovemyqkutz.com and we will correct our error.

If you have defective QuicKutz merchandise, please contact QuicKutz directly at 1-888-702-1146 or customerservice@quickutz.com. QuicKutz has a limited warranty on their products and are known for their excellent customer service.

Domestic Shipping
All domestic orders that total $75 or more in merchandise will receive FREE shipping.

Standard Flat Rate on orders under $75 is $6.00. Most products are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Please allow approximately 5-7 days for delivery.

Orders for heavier items such as tools (Revolution, Squeeze and Silhouette) we will ship either UPS or USPS Parcel Post. Additional time for delivery may be needed.

Kinnon Keepsakes is not liable for non-delivery, stolen items, lost items, items damaged due to shipping or other delivery issues beyond our control. We are also not responsible for packages with the wrong address given at the time of order. If you would like shipping insurance, please e-mail us mail@lovemyqkutz.com or put it in the notes of your order. We are happy to add shipping insurance and will add that to the cost of your order.

International Shipping
Canada Flat Rate Shipping is US $16.00 (order limit $500.00)

Worldwide Flat Rate Shipping is US $20.00 (order limit is $500.00)

Not all items are eligible for flat rate international shipping including, but not limited to, Revolution, Silhouette and Squeeze tools, storage binders, magnetic binders. We will give you a shipping credit for the flate rate amount and will charge you any shipping costs over that amount. We will notify you of any additional shipping cost prior to charging you.
